About the energy service contact
The energy service contract is a way to obtain a refund of costs spent on the energy efficient activities by means of energy costs saving. Mechanism for collaboration between the client and the energy service company is that at the initial stage the client invests only a part of the market value funds in the project implementation. After retrofit the client compensates the full contract value from the savings. Thus, the client bears minor risks at low investment and the primary responsibility rests with the energy service company.
